Its due to her existence that new clients are acquired and the fidelity of those that we all ready have is increased. The Cooperativa Agrícola Santo Isidro de Pegões always knew that the Quality of the products and the quality of the services given to the clients is important, that’s why our company bet on the certification of the Quality System Management. The implementation of this system brings great value to our company and to the consumer. It allows to co-ordinate every details of the production of the wine, to trace and register the evolution of the products, by making chemistry analysis in our laboratory. It also allows to know the degree of satisfaction of our clients. So, since 2001 our Company as made everything that is possible to accomplish all the requisites necessary to obtain the certification. That became true on 2003, when the APCER organization gave us the Certification by the NP EN ISO 9001: 2000.
